About Clinical Supervision

Welcome to a space dedicated to professional growth, support, and reflective practice.

I work with a diverse range of professionals who engage in therapeutic or relational work, including psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers, medical professionals, teachers, and others in helping roles.

I am committed to providing a reflective and supportive supervisory space that fosters professional growth, ethical practice, and emotional resilience. Within a safe and confidential environment we can explore casework, deepen clinical insight, and navigate the complexities of therapeutic relationships. Supervision is not only essential for ethical and effective practice—it’s also a vital tool for preventing burnout, fostering professional resilience, and deepening your clinical insight. No matter if you're newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, my goal is to support your development and wellbeing every step of the way.

Whether you're in clinical practice, education, or a community-based setting, supervision offers a supportive space to reflect on your work, manage complex dynamics, and maintain ethical and emotional resilience.

Benefits of supervision include:

  • Enhanced clinical insight and reflective capacity

  • Support in managing professional boundaries and ethical dilemmas

  • Reduced risk of burnout through regular emotional processing

  • Improved confidence and effectiveness in your professional role

I am currently in the final stages of completing a Diploma in Clinical Supervision with CSTD Bath, an organisation known for its integrative and relational approach to supervision. My work is grounded in the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, a dynamic framework that considers multiple layers of the therapeutic process—including client experience, practitioner response, relational dynamics, and the wider systems at play. This model allows for a rich, reflective space where you can explore your work from various perspectives, promoting deeper awareness, ethical clarity, and professional growth.

I work with supervisees both in person at my Bristol based practice and online using Zoom.

If you're interested in a brief, free introductory session to explore your supervision needs, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to arrange a time.
